Today on 15th August, on the occasion of Independence Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation from the Red Fort and announced the launch of the Rs 1 lakh crore ‘Pradhan Mantri Vikasit Bharat Rojgar Yojana’. This national level scheme has been created with the aim of creating new employment opportunities for the youth and encouraging the private sector to provide jobs. PM Modi said, “There is big news for the youth of the country. Today we are launching a scheme of Rs 1 lakh crore.” This scheme has come into effect from 15th August and under this, both the youth getting jobs for the first time and the employers recruiting them will get incentives.
